Following on from the success of last year’s comedy festival, The Lights is excited to bring some of the best and brightest comedians to the venue for the third ever Andover Comedy Festival. With many of the acts bringing their Edinburgh Fringe WIP shows to the stage.

Bella Hull: Work in Progress
Bella Hull is a stand-up comedian and writer best known for her appearances on shows including Have I Got News for You (BBC), QI (BBC2), Stand Up for Live Comedy (BBC), The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV) and Comedy Central Live as well as writing on series one of SNL UK. She is also a regular voice on the radio, having appeared on One Person Found This Helpful, The Naked Truth and You Heard it Here First (all BBC Radio 4).
Cecily Hitchcock: Work in Progress
Cecily Hitchcock is a comedy siren and crowd enchantress. In her debut hour, she revisits childhood in early-2000s Britain – when the financial crash hummed in the background and life was noisy and confusing. Seen through a child’s lens, trying to make sense and silliness out of it all, everyday figures became unlikely idols, familiar scenes twisted into epic dramas, and the ordinary warped into something absurd. A surreal, funny ride through the strangest years of growing up.
Age recommendation: 16+ (we reserve the right to check ages on the evening)
