Vertigo’ – Kenton Cool and Ian Parnell

Top British mountaineers Kenton Cool and Ian Parnell tell their stories of high altitude climbing from the North Face of the Eiger to the summit of Everest.

Five-times Everest sumitteer, and the only European to have reached the top of Everest twice in the same week, Kenton Cool is undoubtedly one of the best high altitude guides in the world, leading Sir Ranulph Fiennes to the summit of the Eiger and Everest in the last two years alone.

Film-maker and photographer Ian Parnell has provided the world with live footage of these expeditions, as well as being an internationally acclaimed mountaineer in his own right with many first ascents to his name.

Vertigo is a unique opportunity to hear the awe-inspiring tales of two men who push human endurance to the limit as part of their daily lives.   Inspirational, terrifying and entertaining, with breath-taking images of some of the most beautiful mountain ranges on the planet.
