Comedy Club in the Arena

Presented by Off the Kerb Productions, agents for the biggest names in UK comedy

Originally trained as an actor, stand up comedian and writer Hal Cruttenden now performs at venues throughout the UK.    He has a host of Radio and TV credits to his name including Rob Brydon’s Annually Retentive, and the BBC’s Omid Dialili show.    He has warmed up for both the Jonathon Ross and Keith Barrett shows and entertained the Armed Forces in the Falkland Islands and Cyprus.

Rufus Hound is a comedian who presents and appears on television programmes when people let him.   So far, the BBC have let him present "Top of The Pops", "DanceXtra" and coverage from the Glastonbury and Reading festivals – all live. "Richard & Judy" had him on their show and liked him so much they asked him back a week later.     Rufus plays a lot of video games, just learnt to drive, barely scrapes three of his five-a-day, doesn’t believe in God, wishes he was a more fruitful human being and hopes you are lovely today.

In the last ten years JoJo Smith has gone from open spot to British late-night television star, from global fame on the Internet to international comedy performer, not bad going for someone who, before then, had never stood on a stage in her life.

JoJo made her TV stand-up debut on Craig Charles' late night ITV chat show The Funky  Bunker, proving to the fans of her laid-back presenting style, that she could not only talk about comedy, she could do it. They loved her "in-yer-face with a twinkle in her eye" brand of comedy.

Please note that live comedy may contain strong language and at times controversial subject matter.
