Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Each summer we undertake a
postal questionniare included with the mail out of
our Autumn season brochure. The results of this
consultation help us to continually improve and develop our
services and facilities throughout the year and are very important
to us.
Results for the past two years have been excellent and can be
viewed on this site.

In general the ratings for all areas of the
venue were extremely high for 2008 , with Good or Excellent ratings
receiving an average of 79% across all areas of the theatre’s
operation.
