Customer Satisfaction Survey 2007
The Lights distributed 3500 questionnaires
with its Autumn Season brochure to gauge the public’s response to
the venue and gather research as to how the venue can continue to
improve and develop over the coming year.
In general the ratings for all areas of the
venue were extremely high, with Good or Excellent ratings receiving
an average of 79% across all areas of the theatre’s operation.
